Template Making:
If you've read the manuals on making templates and using HyperTemplate and still need help, please contact your GLUON representative for consultation or WebEx training.

Remote Troubleshooting:
GLUON can log in remotely to your computer to troubleshoot and fix problems. Don't hesitate to ask for this service. We can arrange onsite help as well via phone or email.

Oline Case Tracking:
GLUON has a full case tracking solution in place and we recommend you use this if other more immediate forms of contact are not helpful or available.
