In general, we are very liberal with our tech support, especially when it comes to our products. However, we reserve the right not to provide support for the following:
  • General QuarkXPress how-to
  • Mac/Win OS questions
  • General Applescript questions
  • Hardware/IT questions
  • Networking questions
  • 3rd party software questions
  • Not following written instructions provided
If we end up spending a lot of time solving a problem that has nothing to do with our products but rather something to do with one of the above items, it will be necessary for us to bill for that time at a rate of $200 per hour. Because our highly trained technical staff is expensive to maintain, it can cost us more to answer questions than the small profit we made on the sale of a product!
