If your Instant Purchase is not working from within the Quark Application for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at the numbers above or try our Online Web Store for that product. We can get you registered and up and running over the phone too. If you have not downloaded the product recently (within a few days) try re-downloading as we may have fixed a bug or improved something for that product.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
I can't complete my installation. It says I have a later version already. Go to the Library:Receipts folder and delete the package that matches the one you're trying to install. Try again...should work.
How do I move licenses to another machine? When your XTension is installed, an application called GLUON Licence Manger is also installed in the Applications:Utilities folder. Use this tool to Manage licenses on a given machine. This allows you to uninstall a license on one machine and then use the same code on another.
Purchase Code not recognized Either we need to give you a new code because you got one for the wrong product or platform, or you have already installed the software the allotted number of times and there are no more installs left.
The Register dialog just doesn't seem to be working. Make sure you have a normal Internet Connection. Our software needs to contact our server to get the latest price and then to help register the product. However, if you have a code and it seems not to work, try using the GLUON Licence Utility. It is found in the Applications:Utilities folder. Enter the Code and Click "Verify Code." This will show you the remaining items that you can install. Check off the ones you want to install and do the install.
My demo expired, can I extend the demo period? For a given version, the period can not be extended. However, if we release a new version, even a minor one, you can retry the software with a new demo period.
I don't have an Internet connection on the machine that is using your XTension. Can I still register?. Yes. We have a special system that kicks in when the registration dialog can't connect to our server. It then presents the "Off-line Registration Dialog." This dialog CAN'T use a regular purchase code. Instead you must call in or email us the "Request Code" that is created on your computer and displayed in the Off-line dialog. Once we have this code, we can send you back an "Answer Code" which will then complete the registration process.
