PROBLEM SOLUTION
My Quark and InDesign slugs do't match. Make sure to use the latest Slug Designer and versions.
Documents are getting corrupted in Quark 6.5. Due to an undocumented data handling change, this could occur when switching between slug models. Download Slugger 6.5 to correct this.
In Slugger 6 Customizer, I can't select text fields in the dialog. This odd behavior can behavior can be cured by opening a blank document. We're not sure why it happens, but we're pretty sure it's a Quark issue.
My logos and signoffs are not updating Make sure that you didn't select a logo file on a local hard drive. If you use this feature, choos form a network server. Otherwise, use the default location of the System Preferences folder (Mac).

Tip: To clear the name to "sluglogo" or "signoff" hit the Use Default Location button and then hit Cancel in the file selection dialog.

Remember: sluglog and signoff should be free floating inside the Library:Preferences:GLUON:GLUON Slugger Settings folder.
My Slugger Lists are not showing up or are not complete when they do. Make sure : There is no hidden .txt extension on the list files (Command-I a file to check it) and that they reside in the following folder: Library:Preferences:GLUON:GLUON Slugger Settings.

Tip: Make your list in a Quark box and export as ASCII text from the File Menu...it won't append the .txt automatically this way.

Also.. if the last item is not showing up, add a return to the last line.
Slugger crashes as soon as I hit OK in the Specs dialog Chances are you created a Slug which has some element which exceeds Quark's "legal" pasteboard area. even one point outside this area can cause a crash. Top and bottom default pasteboards are exactly 36 points (1/2")
